Strategy and Service Roadmap of Montages are headed by Dr. sc. ETH Philipp W. Kutter.

Philipp has created the Montages Domain Specific Language and Executable XML technologies (see the "technology" section) and consulted UBS, CS, SwissLife, and other financial industry companies for the last 8 years. He is responsible for the strategic direction and long term decisions of Montages.

Florian Haussmann, board of directors

Dipl. Inf-Ing. ETH Florian Haussmann is supporting Montages in strategic decisions as a member of the board of directors. Florian is heading Innovation Management Banking Products and Banking Products International Initivatives at Credit Suisse. His earlier positions included strategy consulting with McKinsey & Company and Head of IT of Goldmann, Sachs & Co. Bank (Switzerland).

Martin Schlatter Villiger, COO

General Management and Business Development of Montages are headed by Dipl. Phys-Ing. ETH Martin Schlatter Villiger.

Martin joined Montages as a COO after helping to grow his previous company MINICK from €2m to €35m in the last 10 years. He consulted multi-nationals in the management of their service portfolio, and is a pioneer in the application of DSL technology for mobile services. His responsibility at Montages are Business Development as well as streamlining the company along methodologies such as lean and six sigma.

Marc Moser, CTO

Research and Development of Montages are headed by Dipl. Inf-Ing. ETH Marc Moser.

Marc is responsible for the internal software development providing prototypes for Montages technologies as well a basic tool set. Marc has consulted UBS, CS, ZKB, and other financial industry companies for the last 5 years.
